Refund Policy

Overview
Every Vivdrop order is custom-printed specifically for you the moment we receive it. Because of this, all sales are final by default. We cannot re-sell a shirt printed with your design to another customer. Please review this policy carefully before ordering.
When We Will Issue a Refund or Reprint
We will offer a free reprint or a full refund (your choice) in the following situations:
- Manufacturing defect: The print is visibly misaligned, blurry, has ink bleeding, cracking, or significant color banding not present in your submitted design.
- Wrong item shipped: You received a different product, color, or size than what you ordered.
- Damaged in transit: The item arrives physically damaged (torn, crushed, or otherwise unusable) due to shipping handling.
- Lost shipment: The package is not delivered within 30 days of the ship date and the carrier confirms it as lost.
- Our production error: We printed the wrong design, the wrong position, or a different configuration than what you submitted.
How to Request a Refund or Reprint
- Email support@vivdrop.com or use the chat widget within 7 days of delivery (or 7 days after the expected delivery date if undelivered).
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- Attach clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage.
- Briefly describe the issue and whether you prefer a reprint or a refund.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We reserve the right to request additional photos or information to process the claim.
What We Cannot Refund
The following situations are not covered by our refund or reprint policy:
- Customer design errors: Typos, wrong fonts, incorrect colors chosen in the editor, or a design that looks different on the shirt than on your screen due to monitor calibration differences.
- Wrong size ordered: Please consult our size charts before ordering. We strongly recommend sizing up if you are between sizes. We are unable to accept exchanges.
- Change of mind: We cannot refund or exchange for preference reasons after an order has been placed.
- Color variations: Slight differences between your screen preview and the final printed color are not defects. This includes heather fabrics showing texture through the print, and garment-dyed fabrics absorbing color differently.
- Incorrect shipping address: If you provided an incorrect address and the package is undeliverable or delivered to the wrong location, we cannot offer a refund or reprint.
- Carrier delays: Delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are outside our control. Refunds are not issued for late deliveries unless the package is confirmed lost.
- Claims submitted after 7 days: We cannot process refund or reprint claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was on our side.
Sizing Recommendations
To reduce the risk of ordering the wrong size, we include a detailed size chart on every product page with measurements in inches. Please consult the size chart for your specific product. Some styles run slim, some run true to size, and some run large — the product page will note the fit for each style.
